A bit of heaven on earth...


I have found a bit of heaven. And the other day she made the most wonderful torte I have ever tasted. What else do you expect when it has almost a pound of dark chocolate in it?
Another winner from Cook's Illustrated, it uses almond flour (almonds ground up really fine in the blender), butter, chocolate, fresh raspberries, and seedless raspberry jelly for the filling. Only a little bit of flour. It was so dense but really moist. Each time I had a piece, I had to have two. Even now as I'm writing this I wish there was some left to have for breakfast.
